The martial art of Pencak Silat is a preferred medium for socializing values within the social structure and critiquing the improvisation of cultural realities. This is highly effective because it directly engages with the community, allowing for the control of social interactions, or at the very least, the detection of social phenomena arising from the influence of destructive engineering.
Recognizing that the younger generation holds significant potential in sports development, we, as Pencak Silat practitioners, intend to hold the "REFC 1 PENCAK SILAT CHAMPIONSHIP" in 2025 to advance the potential of the nation's best male and female Pencak Silat athletes.
This is a performance-building activity involving various related aspects, and it must be well-prepared and planned. Therefore, this proposal/implementation guideline serves as a guideline for its implementation.
This is expected to motivate and instill in students that Pencak Silat is a national martial art that we must preserve. Most importantly, it will inspire them to develop their abilities into potential achievements. The role of sports in the spirit of nationalism towards other nations is so important, therefore this championship is a logical means to build a shared hope of exploring and utilizing the potential of the young generation's skills in a more positive way and loving the cultural works of the Indonesian nation.
